All of our products are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee and must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached.
Currently we are unable to offer a free returns service.
We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent.
Should you wish to return or exchange a product then please contact us.
Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund. Don’t forget to include a note with your order number, name and address along with your reason for returning inside your returned package. Failure to include your details, may result in your refund or exchange being delayed.
Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item to us. It is your responsibility to keep the proof of postage as we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Once we have received your returned parcel then we will organise your refund or replacement for you and contact you regarding this.
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to being undelivered after one attempt or more, if it is not collected from a named collection point, if the address was incorrect or you have moved from the property, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. *Please note* if you paid any shipping for your order you will not receive this back.
